Terms of Service
These terms apply when you visit weoffer.in or hire WeOffer Growth to build something for you. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to what is below.
1. Who we are
WeOffer Growth is an engineering studio in Pune, India that builds automation, AI systems, and custom internal tools. Contact: weoffer.info@gmail.com.
2. Using the site
You may browse, share, and link to anything on the site. You may not copy its design or code wholesale to launch a competing site. The brand name "WeOffer Growth" and our logo belong to us.
3. Free audit
The free audit is a 30-minute conversation. We will be honest about what we think will or will not work. No part of the audit obligates you to hire us, and no part of it obligates us to take you on as a client.
4. Engagements
Paid work begins after a written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables. Until that agreement is signed, no work, IP transfer, or commitment is in place. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise.
5. Ownership of the work
Once a project is paid in full, the systems we build for you, including configurations and code, are yours to keep, edit, or hand off. We retain the right to talk about the engagement at a high level (problem solved, industry, outcomes) unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Confidentiality
We treat anything you share with us during the audit or an engagement as confidential. We do not pass it on. We are happy to sign your NDA if you have one, otherwise this clause covers it.
7. Liability
We do our best work, but software and integrations can fail. Our total liability for any single engagement is capped at the fees you have paid us under that engagement. We are not liable for losses caused by services we do not control (your CRM, your hosting, third-party APIs).
8. Cancellation
You can stop a project at any time. Fees for work already done are non-refundable. If we cannot finish a project for any reason, we will refund the unused portion.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
10. Changes
If we update these terms, the date at the top will change. For active engagements, the terms in your signed agreement override these.
